Misia Tramp
Misia is the co-founder of the Intrepid Group and heads up Intrepid's Seattle Office and the group’s R&D and Operations departments. She leads with miraculous zest and zeal.
Having gained her degree in Mathematical Engineering from Bristol University she joined BEM, where Misia quickly went on to manage massive international projects as a consultant for Microsoft, all the while maintaining a wildly successful radio show and pop culture persona as a dance club DJ in Ibiza and Spain. Eventually, her colleague from BEM, Intrepid co-founder Liz High, convinced her to form the company 1998.
Misia is a multi disciplinary researcher and is an old hand at all qualitative and quantitative methods. Her expertise is making research tell stories, which even the most cynical board member will find credible! She has also worked across all sectors with clients as diverse as Dunkin Donuts, Speedo, Allrecipes.com through to HMRC, American Express & Microsoft Learning.
Misia is a gourmet chef and loves to throw a party. Her wedding in 2006 unfolded over 3 days, and included a circus tent, belly dancers, fire eaters, little people on unicycles, Balinese dancers, a mountain climb and a menagerie of color and sound.
Misia lives in Seattle with her partner Jake and their two children.
