Eloise Bond

Eloise graduated from Reading University with a first class honours degree in English Literature in 2005 but not quite ready to give up the student lifestyle, she went on to complete an MA in Modern and Contemporary Literature from Birkbeck College (UoL).

Working throughout her time at university Eloise spent 7 years in a wide variety of roles with the UK’s largest ‘out of hours’ health provider, a position that gained her a solid grounding in working with the NHS and (often very sickly) members of the public. After completing university her experience with the organisation was put to good use as she was asked to work on a number of desk research projects advising them on policy and internal processes.

Having acquired a taste for research, she moved to the city to join a small research consultancy based opposite the Gherkin where (with a very nice view from her desk) she worked on a wide range of projects including work within the Insurance and Private Equity markets. At Intrepid, Eloise has divided her time equally between qual and quant and has worked with a fairly representative sample of Intrepid clients including HMRC, Talk Talk, Greenbee and O2.

Eloise is continuing in her efforts to visit every country in the world (just over a quarter of the way there now) and one day hopes to write about it. Otherwise she is at her happiest when throwing elaborate parties for her friends or eating the spiciest food she can find on the menu.
