Hong is passionate about human behavior. Graduating from the exciting hospitality field, Hong carried the need to serve people into her first career as Social Media analyst.

Being described as ‘naturally curious’, Hong found it easy to get comfortable with all types of topics ranging from fashion industry, Peeps candy or to more serious topics like Cloud Computing.  With degrees in both business and hospitality, she considers herself lucky to be able to understand customers' voices and businesses' viewpoints.

Apart from understanding people’s stories, Hong is a huge fan of pillow cover designs and Zen practices. Part of her daily routine is meditation twice a day and being present 100% of the day.  Also, she’s hoping that her current vegetarian diet could help her live a better life and make small changes in protecting the environment.
